As I've made my own path over the last 16 years, whether my time in the military or my time spent in the small business world, I've had the privilege of meeting professionals who were the go-getter, curious, figure it out and make it happen types.

The type of people who didn't run from a challenge, but thrived in environments of vision and ownership.

 

But here's what I've noticed: many small business owners often find themselves stuck in the daily grind of business administration & task management, which keeps them from focusing their energy on providing the leadership necessary to successfully scale their product or service.
